Starting to depend on coffee… seems like it’s the office tradition!

Able to meet tons of great patients and see a lot of the state without paying for gas nor tolls and maintenance for company provided vehicle. The pay is decent but definitely ask for more than the 28 they are offering; you’ll thank me for it later.

Just like any job it’s a mixed bag of issues. If you are the type to like an environment where everyone pulls their weight then stay away. It will feel like high school all over again. Benefits are not good and favoritism runs rampant. There is too much when the cats away the mouse will play mentality here. Profit is the only focus and not the betterment of the worker. When the company needs to stand on business they back the patient weather than the worker because of a phone call to the insurance. Many therapists and order approves kick the can with mentality that since it does not affect them it will be someone else’s problem. Many times orders are sat on only to be assigned late in the day when in reality they should have waited till the next day. No growth opportunities here despite what they tell you.
