This is the worst place as company that I have ever worked , employees are always mad and they are not friendly. The training is poor and they dont value the employees. Managers are mean and careless towards employees.

Pros

There are some great employees working here. unfortunately the environment is TOXIC. In December over 13 employees quit, more left in beginning of 2021 and more planning on leaving.

Cons

condescending, abusive behavior towards employees. Zero integrity. VP lie to FB audience. Owners refuse to take action against mistreatment of employees, rewarding the culprits (senior claims manager and her team lead bulldog). Misrepresenting fact to retaliate against employees, harass employees to the point of causing health issues( high bp, strokes, chest pains, etc) requiring medical intervention. violating compliance/ conflict of interest. Zero integrity. Company was known as UNIVITA before declaring bankruptcy in 2014 and opening back up under Integrated Home Care.

worse company i ever worked for does not know how to treat their employees right, extremely unprofessional staff. all you hear if F this F that. Un appreciative manager with bad attitudes.
