No one hanging over your shoulder, aomewhat.

Cons

Home care technians / delivery drivers just aren't valuable enough to allow for a decent rate of pay, yet they are ALWAYS in demand. Always too few drivers and so the workload for those that do work are overworked. There is overtime, ofcorse, but it still falls short. Can't plan for your time off after shift because you're probably going to be forced to pick up jobs someone didn't complete or shifts someone called in sick for. Poor work / life balance. I once had to work 18 hrs in a day.

In my five years at IHCS I have established some wonderful relationships with my co-workers and managers. My managers have always been very accommodating whenever personal or professional situations arise. My peers willingness to help with any given task makes getting the job done easier and more pleasant.

Cons

Rate of pay could improve based on inflation.
