A truly wonderful place to work! - Senior Speech Language Pathologist Integrated Intervention for Children with Autism Employee Review

I am currently completing my CF at IICA and I am so happy I chose this place of employment. IICA has such amazing staff members. Everyone works together, both administrative staff and clinical staff. I have never worked in such a positive and fun environment. I look forward to going to work everyday because I know that I am working in such a supportive, positive, and collaborative environment. Both the clinical director and assistant director provide direct mentorship whether you are in your CF or not. They are there for you to support you in any way that you need. I have never met such hard working and caring people. I am truly grateful to be working here and being apart of the IICA team!

Very collaborative, supportive team. Organized management and very professional. Amazing therapists.

High case load due to short sessions. POS documentation. Most of caseload is high support needs kids leading to burnout with little backup support for challenging sessions. Does not allow unpaid time off.
