Integrated Intervention for Children with Autism reviews

I have been working at Integrated Intervention for about 2 years now and they are one of the best teams I have ever worked with. This team has never failed to remain transparent while supporting each other at all times. We have experienced such positive change and growth over the last few years, which can definitely be attributed to the hard work of the staff at our practice. The administrative and clinical staff work so cohesively at all times. Our clinical director and assistant director provide some of the best workplace mentorship I have ever experienced; they are always available and communicative for the team to go to in times of need. Our supervisors are adamant about maintaining our work schedules so that we do not have to take work home, which is great because we can leave the clinic and not have to put in extra hours. Overall this is an amazing crew to work with; they all have such a passion for the field. I have never met a more kind-hearted and hard-working team with such great and loving energy, and I am so grateful I get to work with them every day.

I did my CF at IICA and in total worked there for almost 2 years, only ending my time there due to the fact that I was relocating. It was an incredible place to do my CF with hands on mentorship. Over the course of my time here I have learned so much and grown more than I could imagine as a clinician. My coworkers, both front office staff and therapists, were incredibly skilled and supportive of one another. We all worked hard as a team to support each other and create a wonderfully positive and client-centered experience for our families. I felt as if I was part of a close knit family and I am so grateful for my time here! Overall I highly recommend working here for the collaboration, strong mentorship and support from coworkers and administrators, and very positive work environment.
