Pros

Flexible hours, and the pay is good, but it’s not worth the mental strain.

Cons

Management, very unethical and unhealthy management. Poor communications. Very low volume of jobs, making it hard to grow or get good commission. No loyalty, you could be recruiter of the year one month and get fired the next for “poor production”. The money is not worth the mental strain.
