Leadership style, policies, and communication leans on tonal contempt/disregard for staff...,assuming the worst intentions rather than exploring problem solving which sorely devalues and undermines staff in/on all levels.

      Everyone in the Outreach Department is very hardworking, responsible and dedicated to helping the clients, We have a Director who leads by example and trained us to be the best we can be.

      I don't have any cons ! I am very happy to be working at an Agency where we feel part of a big family . An Agency where they want you to be successful and provide you with all the training and tools be achieve it.
