Cons
Appalling management that rewards unflinching loyalty over competence: most middle and top managers are far beyond their level of incompetence. They do not listen to employees nor do their care. Talent in this company leaves after a couple of years only. Below market salary, uninteresting comp & ben, no opportunities for personal development. This is very different at manager level where compensation leaps forward, the gap is huge in terms of package. But to get there one has to spend time pleasing one's boss instead of doing good work, the latter doesn't pay.
