Great service - Anonymous employee International SOS Employee Review

Very disappointing to work for a company that is international with such a diverse group of employees and yet non-whites are treated horribly. The racist remarks overheard were repulsive. When I made attempts to educate co-workers or, approach upper management as well as HR I was met with resistance. Other departments and co-workers under impression they can micromanage you and management never interjected to correct problem.
