- Global workforce so you meet interesting people - Service provided is valuable - Feel like you're making a difference - Good benefits, however you pay a lot for them compared to other companies - Work/life balance was acceptable
Cons
- Internal infrastructure/service delivery is unorganized and getting anything done is like pulling teeth - Company does not practice most of what they preach to clients - Lots of internal competition that management will not address - Sales Management does not have sales experience - Remote employees are unsupported and often have to wait days to get answers to their questions/help - IT/technology is disappointing and not what you'd expect from such a global company - Commission structure is purposely convoluted and constantly changing
