      Pros

      Product is really good. The office is beautiful. The whole operations run with quality.

      Cons

      The culture is really arrogant. Most managers are white, British men. Quite nepotistic and performance reviews are less than objective. Especially the senior managers are quite double-faced. Although they hire a lot of young people, the progression between juniors and seniors is a abysmal.
