Pros
Good work experience for those who need multinational exposure & much faster for those needing FMCG&S experience.
Cons
Unstructured environment due to managers sticking to what they've been told to do. But definitely not a place to grow leaders who think & use experience, and a place where micro-managers and YES MEN are groomed, developed and promoted.
