People you meet are interesting: from the doctor who worked in the army, the nurse telling about the cases she saw, the colleagues from all kind of origin...
Cons
Old-fashioned way of thinking about work, poor work/life balance, poor management of people. It is like a small SME which wouldn't have realized that it became a huge company and hence need to change management method, including top management.
