Pros
I've been working for InternationalSOS for some years now. I started as an entry level employee and currently managing a department. It's rewarding to see how the company is a able to nurture, retain and grow employees, and that despite/inspite of the diversity in the company it has increasingly become an inclusive employer. Coming from a 1-week Leadership Course with another 21 leaders shows the commitment and investment the company is willing to make to continue growing it's next generation of leaders. The passion that the leaders and the owners have is really contagious and inspiring. International SOS is truly an employer of choice. What a company!
Cons
The dynamics of the company will require a lot of hard work and dedication - but if you're up to it then you'll enjoy the journey.
