Pros
Position allows for employees to expand their knowledge base. The job benefits are quite competitive and the office environments are welcoming.
Cons
The shift schedule doesn't allow for security specialists to be integral parts of the team, which is challenging if you're interested in upward movement in the company. In addition, the nightshifts are absolutely challenging to get used to. Both add to the high turn over rate for the position- on top of other issues.
