Pros
All the management and senior staff I have met are approachable, friendly and easy to talk to. Strong career opportunities internally, with varied paths to be pursued across teams and offices. The Chiswick Park office is an amazing location to work, both the office itself and the surrounding site, which has lots of restaurants and events put on. Fast paced work environment, never a dull moment.
Cons
As is often the case with large complex companies, change can sometimes be slow.
