Pros
I have been an employee at Intl.SOS for four months now, and despite the size of the company, the amount of support I have had from my colleagues has been amazing. The director of my department has an open-door policy and always welcomes any question I have, and I have had nothing but guidance from the minute I started.
Cons
The only con I can think of is the shock I got when I first started in relation to how big the company is. It does take a while to get your head around the variety of roles and departments but it is also fulfilling to work in a company as well-known and developed as Intl.SOS.
