Pros
Had a great team at remote sites. Professional front but rotten within at top level. It is a great company to feel useless and worthless.
Cons
Lousy regional support. Most managers and senior management are not trustworthy. Performing staff most of the times being marginalised and mediocres at most times keeps their jobs and even promoted. Anti discrimination policy is in place but there are the unwritten rule to discriminate big time. Friendly faces and even immediate supervisors are ever ready to steal your hard work away. Performance meant nothing to the group!!!!
