Cons
Senior management are the biggest con. Having worked for the company for three years achieving a senior operations coordinator position I can safely say that awful management from the senior team has repeatedly destroyed the team of coordinators that run the platform. You work 13 hour shifts with no breaks and if you take breaks you are penalised and disciplined. There is a pervasive culture of blame and micromanagement that ensure you have no responsibility over your own work. Key KPI's are met through hounding staff and ignoring other, often more important work, for customers. New staff are given a very long and ineffective training. Then left with overworked staff on the platform to teach them the job while management do nothing, just criticise new employee's lack of knowledge. The company offer medical benefits that are taxed so you effectively pay for them. They also pay the legal minimum pension. It is worth noting that the problems I mention are only on the TRICARE platform however in the entire time I have been there no one from programme management or anyone from within the company have done anything to attempt to change the terrible management. This includes after upwards of 15 complaints to HR in leaving interviews about senior management nothing changing or being investigated.
