Pros
The people are great, and I'm glad to be with a company I believe genuinely wants to help people. Every business needs to make profit to stay in business, but I feel like the staff is full of wonderful people who want help and that's the priority. I'm happy with pay and benefits. And I feel like there's plenty of room to grow in the company and opportunities to explore. Everyone is very understanding and will help you learn. It's OK if you fail as long as you're motivated and ready to learn.
Cons
I haven't been with the company for a long time, so there's not a lot I can say. There's a travel policy that mandates 15% tips for servers on business trips. Personally I feel this is unfair for quality service, so I kept cash to compensate for this. Not being able to take a direct flight on a business trip was inconvenient.
