Pros
1. Pride in the mission of the organization. 2. A lot of wonderful people. 3. Terrific Learning & Development 4. Prefer to promote from within, so if you start out entry level or in a role with previous experience and you work hard and prove yourself, you can rise in the ranks.
Cons
1. Way too much pettiness and a lot of games: the blame game, favoritisms, etc. 2. You HAVE to watch your back and get everything in writing (email) and then save it all. There is not much accountability. 3. It can be a lot like high school with the talking behind your back and being fake to your face. I've even seen people file a complaint with HR just because they don't like someone.
