Pros
The company has a great culture that is very welcoming from day 1. They make you feel as if you were always a part of the team and are always willing to help. People were always willing to answer any questions that you may have had regarding a task related to a project you may have been working on. Training programs are in-depth and you learn so much from them.
Cons
They didn't really like if you went overtime at all, only if it's 1 or 2 hours then it's fine. Depending on the project, I think that there needs to be more trust put into the employees if they believe that work needs to be done. If overtime is needed for it, then by all means get it done no matter what!
