the pay is great and you could not ask for a better schedule. 3 days with 13hr shits and 4 days off
Cons
management consisted of a group of the most condecending bullies that I have ever been around. A host of responsibility with very little training and no advocate (i.e. HR) to serve as protection when these issues arise
