Loads of opportunity to develop if you are prepared to put the work in. Growing organisation. Very strong matrix which requires that you build good relationships worldwide. Massive emphasis on medical team and its autonomy to deliver.

Hours can be long - it's a global company. Pace of change is relentless - been going less than 30 years.
