      Pros

      Challenging but rewarding. It spells diversity and the company's cause which is to help people will make you proud of what you are doing. International exposure is great.

      Cons

      Salary is not very competitive. Not able to retain or tap on good talents and there is a high chance of getting stuck with what you are doing for the longest time.
