Pros
Despite starting remotely due to the pandemic, I have been made to feel very welcome and like part of the team. Everyone I have spoken with has been kind and helpful, and the company organize a wide variety of workshops and webinars which have been amazing - I learn so much every day! They seem to be a company who really do care about their employees and everyone is treated with respect.
Cons
Due to how large the company is and the different time zones it operates in, sometimes there is a disconnect between teams and this isn't always easy to preempt or manage.
