Pros
International SOS is more like a campus rather than a place for work. the amount of knowledge you can gain from this company are VAST. you name it, business development, emergency evacuation, training & learning development, medical knowledge, law and cultural knowledge, and many more. so if your purpose is to train and challenge yourself in a fast paced environment, while gaining limitless knowledge, without further ado go for Intl.SOS. thanked me later.
Cons
When you talk about cons, its completely subjective actually. on my end, its about salary. Intl.SOS consisted of many job segment. not to mention they have so many offices around the world, so I'm not really sure hows everyone being paid. but me having staying in front line, in the line of fire works between management, client, and the ongoing cases. working 10+ hours or sometimes a lot more during overtime. not to mention to prepared for on call while at home, ready to be called for duty during day off, or earlier than your shift of the day, stressful work environment, not to mention constant nagging from quality department about how you're supposedly spoke speech to speech with the client. it is a mind blown that the annual salary can barely enough to cover housing and food. If you're married or even have kids, be ready for even heavier struggle.
