Pros
Nice building location, the business park is usually filled with people, food vendors and events.
Cons
Overall my experience working for this company was down right traumatic. The work itself is fine, once you get through the training most of it is manageable. However the culture of the company, the management, the inconceivable workload, the impossibility of career progression, the stress, the hours and shift patterns make it a horrible place to work. Myself and my colleagues had regular mental breakdowns because of this job. The management expect you to prioritise EVERYTHING all at the same time, when you ask for help you are told to do it yourself while they stand around and chat about their personal lives and weekend plans. As with any customer service role, the clients are demanding and rude. But if you've worked in customer service before you are likely very used to it. This company is a revolving door of people coming and going, loyalty and hard work are never rewarded, in fact you are often taken advantage of if they see you are intelligent and capable. Honestly, if you have any other choice, if there is any other job you can take. Take it. I would say this place is okay for those who are desperate for work while they look for something better, but it is not a company that you can stay with and build a career with.
