Pros
12 Hour shifts means I only work 15 days a month, and get 15 days off per month. Lots of time off. Management is sensitive to employees needs and very flexible, especially with shift dates. High quality training.
Cons
Rotating shiftwork will take a toll on your health. Management are sensitive to employees needs and will solve them. In 6-12 months. So employees have to be patient with changes (managers have a huge workload). We are security specialists, we're supposed to be helping companies do business in dangerous places, safely. Not telling them what the travel restrictions are.
