Pros
Opportunities to practice language skills daily for those who are bilingual. They do test you on it in your interview so come prepared.
Cons
There is no diversity throughout the company. In fact, there is not one black face in upper management. NOT ONE. Even in most countries where they operate, upper management is all white, European men which is absurd to operate in Africa and have no Africans or people of color in country leadership. And if you are a black woman? Forget it. The most recent one was demoted and now on her way out and the other one before her has never gotten a promotion. Ever. Make your own judgement.
