- Large international organization where you can enter and start/make career in - Great care for international employees - Packages are based on experience & nationality, not on local market
Cons
- Change is constant and often badly communicated - HR doesn't have a say in changes, they are just delivered the final decision - Internal career progress happens based on relationships & experience, not always transparent - Decision making is extremely slow, unless it's an urgent issue
