Pros
- Important projects - Some interesting people and stories - High-profile clients - Can feel like you're contributing something to the world
Cons
This is really a company with no management. They boast about their accent on learning and development, but it's not really there. The high pressure work environment allows for no learning at all as people are too stressed and in survival mode to ever impart anything. You need to FIGHT for basic things (sales sheets, access rights to very standard files etc.) and you will find yourself doing the same job multiple times because someone else has an opinion they only said after the final version. Colleagues like to brag about how only the tough survive, but there's nothing complimentary about a workplace where new talent flees within a few months. Overall, it's just a very frustrating place to work. From an early career standpoint, it's definitely not the place to learn skills and industry knowledge, it's better as a crash course in office politics and how not to treat employees.
