Too complicated organization structure causing chain of command sometimes vague. Lots of people need to be updated periodically with minimum to no actual impact or feedback at all. We can say, its like having 10 managers asking to do this and that, with only 2 workers per shift handling hundreds of cases. Who are those guys anyway?
