International SOS is a company that has provided me with an incredible amount of opportunity to work in a client driven environment focused on developing its staff to be the best they possibly can. Not many organizations can give you the opportunity so early entering the company to work across multiple countries with many different cultures and truly change the lives of its clients members on a daily basis.
Cons
High work ethic is an expectation of all employees from Senior Leadership to front line operational staff delivering services. This organization may not be for everyone and if you don't believe in the mission you may not enjoy it. You have to be self driven and motivated to succeed.
