Medical company that never care about their own staff. Everything is just for a show. Inhumane working hours, managers that mistreat and terrorize you, HR protects managers for that for the benefit of employee as well as employer. Managers frequently victimize staff. You need to be in the good book of your manager, shoe polisher, a yes man, no opinion of your own for a future in this company. If you are smart and opinionated, you are consider rebels and your manager will make your life a living hell forcing you to leave. Everything written and put up is just a show to clients and not practiced. Your voices is never heard. Many times, you will feel like walking to the labor court and report them. It happens across all REGIONS.
