Pros
At International SOS you learn so much by facing numerous challenges,large and small, each day. If you like doing things yourself and have an adventurous spirit this is a great company. The C suite are committed, open to feedback and seem more approachable and engaged with the staff than at other places I have worked. The spirit among the staff is one of a committed team with a global mission.
Cons
Antiquated approach to using technology, but this is improving. Added stresses because the the back office and operational functions are so thinly staffed and the staff are so ridiculously overworked. You have to invent processes for basic things that you can take for granted at other companies.
