Pros
I spent a total of 11 years at Intralinks and met and worked alongside many great people, and created many friendships that will last a lifetime. Although at the time I had multiple leaders, I was extremely fortunate that each one encouraged and empowered me be creative and most importantly, get things done. IL created an atmosphere where you can seize opportunities to grow.
Cons
Since my team was 24/7, there was a lot of pressure, mostly self inflicted, to be available. The main thing I would have liked improved is consistency in expectations and improved cross departmental communications on initiatives.
