A genuinely good place to grow as a marketer

Pros

Good autonomy to build out marketing programs/campaigns and test new channels/ideas. Strong partnership/collaboration with sales. Compensation is competitive, and in office/remote flexibility makes it easy to manage a demanding (at times) role.

Cons

Approval layers can be excessive at times, and some processes are more laborious than they need to be.
