IL used to be great, now it is much more corporate

Pros

Good pay, good benefits, my client services director is a great boss. Monthly bonus is easy to acheive and is a good amount.

Cons

No opportunity for growth. I've been a top CSR for 3 years, and haven't had any opportunity for growth. Also, going through our current reorganization leaves me worried that client services is headed in the right direction. We were recently swallowed up by the operations department, and I have no confidence in that branch of the company.

Cons

Vulnerable to the current M&A slowdown. In many departments, promotion from within isn't encouraged, and sometimes even discouraged. No real career development program in place, (either formally or informally).

Excellent team to work with. Challenging Saas environment. Highest expectation of work throuhgout, filled with help from management to make sure you get there. Open environment, have had many candid conversations with management at all levels.

Cons

Sometimes too many cooks in the kitchen.
