We’ve recently launched some exciting programs to recognize employees for all they do every day to contribute to our success and there are more recognition programs in the planning stages. We regret that you were frustrated by changes at the company. As Invitation Homes grows, our policies also must evolve. We recognize that this change can create uncertainty and we’re working to ensure that we communicate policies and expectations clearly and consistently. While you are no longer an employee, we encourage current employees to share any concerns directly with management so that we may address them specifically in a meaningful and timely way.
