Wow, it sounds like you just didn't have a good experience here. I'm actually really surprised - and sorry - to hear it. We have a great group of people who are passionate about what they do and who work hard every day to serve our Residents and earn their continued business. While I appreciate your candid feedback, I have to disagree with your comments "... as the customer (resident) is always wrong and even with sky high rents, cannot fix things correctly until they call corporate." That couldn't be further from the truth. Our market teams work exceptionally hard to provide the genuine care experience we promise our Residents. And it shows in the fact that our Residents rate us 4.3 stars (out of 5) on satisfaction and that they choose to renew their leases and stay in their homes 50% longer than in the apartment industry.
