Pros

some employees are very nice ,

Cons

The management can careless about employees, the pay is super low the want to work the employee nonstop management is quick to put then blame on others why wok in a place were all you hear is whatever you do cover your behind always cover your behind. why work like that? management is just lazy, they walk around and do nothing but push work on others. the management is bias. the management does not valued good employees. the property managers don't even speak to residents they have temp employees have meetings with residents . they treat temporary employees very rude and they are excluded from any event but then they do all the work for the Property Managers. The management is always plotting, very secretive and not honest at all.

Wow, I'm not even sure where to start. It just plain sounds like you are having a bad experience. The good news is, you are not on an island. I encourage you to escalate your concerns to someone else you trust, whether that's another member of leadership in your office, your VPO or even corporate HR. We pride ourselves on providing genuine care, both for our Residents AND our Associates. Take advantage of those avenues available to you. I hope it gets better for you.

Pros

Compensation. Bonuses. Holiday pay. Benefits. Team building days. office parties.

Cons

If you are unbothered and don't get stressed out easily - go for it. I could not. little training. quantity over quality. constant sense of urgency. never feeling accomplished or that tasks were completed. mostly dealing with angry residents. responsibilities plus the phone queue was unmanageable. one or the other please. constant policy changes and having to explain that to residents.
