Pros
Invitation Homes is still growing. As they grow there are numerous opportunities to move up or over promoting career growth. They have adopted a flexible work schedule program that allows employees to work from home part of the week based on performance. This is a great way to promote more of a life-work balance. The leadership provides open communication and feedback and really want their employees involved. It's a great company to be a part of and I look forward to what's next.
Cons
As with any company that is still growing there are challenges and changes that happen frequently. Change is good. It shows that we are always moving towards something better.
