The job i did was great! i loved the responsibility and freedom to come up with creative solutions.
Cons
Invitation Homes doesn't care about its employees. They hired a ton of people to rehab all their homes so they could get them on the market. As soon as they were done they laid off every rehab department across the country, in all 13 markets. The only thing IH cares about is bulking up its portfolio and selling its stock on the markets. It a blood sucking company that will chew you up and spit you out. They are renting these houses above market value saying they are "newly renovated" but the work is bad and the materials are even worse. They would even fight tooth and nail not to pay the contractors for the work they ALREADY did. Do not work for this company.
