      Cons

      The workload is ridiculous and constant. Always drowning under responsibilities, and there are over 25K homes with minimal leasing specialist available to try to help a Neverending workload.

      Compensation. Bonuses. Holiday pay. Benefits. Team building days. office parties.

      If you are unbothered and don't get stressed out easily - go for it. I could not. little training. quantity over quality. constant sense of urgency. never feeling accomplished or that tasks were completed. mostly dealing with angry residents. responsibilities plus the phone queue was unmanageable. one or the other please. constant policy changes and having to explain that to residents.
