10yThank you for your comments. IH has been continually evolving since its inception a mere three years ago. As part of that evolution is a recent increased focus on communication, training and a service based culture as evidenced by the hiring of a new Director of Training and creation and hiring for a new position, Director of Customer Service. We appreciate your comments and believe you will see progress in these areas as these individuals begin to contribute in their new roles.
