Terrible management & training; poor work environment. Too many changes to corporate personnel to keep track of.

As we have continued to grow and develop as a company these past four years, we have added associates to our corporate team to better support our field operations which does feel like change. One aspect of that addition is an entire Training and Development team. We strive to ensure all associates treat one another with trust and respect and encourage any associates who feel that is not the case to speak with a member of our HR team so that your specific concerns can be looked into and addressed.
Compensation. Bonuses. Holiday pay. Benefits. Team building days. office parties.

If you are unbothered and don't get stressed out easily - go for it. I could not.

constant sense of urgency.
never feeling accomplished or that tasks were completed.
mostly dealing with angry residents.
