Pros

Pay is decent. Benefits are good. If you are tired of seeing your family, you're in luck. You will be working so many hours you'll barely recognize them before too long.

Cons

If you actually like having a life outside of work, forget about it. No work-life balance. In an effort to increase their profits, the venture capitalists who own Invitation Homes have cut staff to the bone. The work didn't go away, just the people. Be prepared to take on the workload of 2 - 3 people. Get ready to be screamed at by a lot of unhappy residents, too.

Thank you for your comments. . In our efforts to ensure both effective and efficient support for our field operations we work to ensure that we have the right teams in place to do the job – sometimes that means hiring more people, sometimes we’re changing the responsibilities of existing personnel and unfortunately there are situations where we need to phase out positions as the workloads shift. In all of these decisions, we take into account how it will affect our employee workload and our ability to deliver outstanding quality of care for our residents.

Pros

Compensation. Bonuses. Holiday pay. Benefits. Team building days. office parties.

Cons

If you are unbothered and don't get stressed out easily - go for it. I could not. little training. quantity over quality. constant sense of urgency. never feeling accomplished or that tasks were completed. mostly dealing with angry residents. responsibilities plus the phone queue was unmanageable. one or the other please. constant policy changes and having to explain that to residents.
