Very clicky, Coworkers were rude, unprofessional behavior and language, gossipy, If they do not like you they will exclude you from all communication, Very constricted area for techs and phlebs to work efficiently. Limited training for expectations of handling incoming calls, rejection of orders, Order of stat labs and how to prioritize them. Suggestions of any organization, effective flow of work stations were ignored.
