Pros

Some of the smartest, kindest, coolest people I’ve ever worked with on the analytics team. The director of analytics is doing a wonderful job of building something truly special. And you couldn’t ask for a better team.

Cons

No tuition reimbursement or VTO. Also, people do tend to come into work when they’re sick a lot. It’s engrained into the culture of a lot of the teams (although not on the analytics team).
